The main technical parameters:

·Y value measurement accuracy: when Y<20mm, △Y<1mm; Y>20mm, △Y<2m X value measurement accuracy: △ X < 3mm;

·Setting temperature/time: 0 ~ 250 ~ 730 / 0 ~ 30 ~ 190min;

·Heating rate: 250 ℃ within 30 min, 250-730℃ in 30-190 min, and heating rate ±3 ℃/min.
