Equipment usage and main functions：

The detection system uses high-precision temperature control device, accurate and stable temperature control, using mechatronics, saving space. The whole set of equipment is composed of special high temperature resistant reaction furnace, imported PLC control system, gas automatic control system, primary temperature acquisition and control system, I-type drum, etc. The test process is safe and the data is stable. The repeatability of CRI is less than 2.4 and CSR is less than 3.2.

Main Specifucations:

•The platinum rhodium-platinum thermocouple:temperatuer control 1100℃，accuracy ±3℃；

•Mass flowmeter: N2:0L~10L;CO2: 0L~10L;Accuracy: ±1.0%FS;Linear: ±0.5%FS; Repeatabilit y:±0.2%FS；

•Electric furnace:the working area temperature is 1100±3℃;the highest temperature is 1250℃；

•Reactor:inner diameter 80mm,made of GH3128 or GH3044 high temperatrue alloy steel,thickness≥1.5mm.
