Equipment usage and main functions:
The JL-40 side loading test coke oven (environmentally friendly) is used for research and production guidance in coal blending coking tests, verifying coal blending schemes, predicting coke strength, and other aspects. The JL-40 side loading test coke oven (environmentally friendly) is independently developed and designed based on the analysis, comparison, and summary of various small coke ovens at home and abroad.
Technical performance:
· The structure is a side door lifting type;
· The control system is divided into computer and PLC control;
· The entire temperature control system is well-equipped with high precision in temperature control;
· Lead the drafting of the industry standard "Technical Specification for Small Coke Oven for Coking Test" (YB/T4526-2016)
· After condensing and purifying the raw coal gas to recover tar, it automatically ignites and burns, with environmentally friendly emissions, effectively improving the laboratory environment and achieving pollution-free operation.
· Adding a sealed quenching chamber ensures that there is no smoke or dust leakage during the quenching process, which meets the environmental protection requirements of modern laboratories.
· The furnace door adopts a self sealing and tight structure, eliminating traditional mud sealing and preventing the leakage of yellow and black smoke, making the working environment friendly.
· The silicon carbon rods on both sides are heated independently, and the heating rate is infinitely adjustable. The working temperature can reach 1300 ℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1-10 ℃ and good temperature uniformity.
· The overall silicon carbide brick masonry has high thermal conductivity, good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, long service life, and energy saving and consumption reduction.
· Easy to build and maintain, short drying time, and short coking cycle.
