Equipment usage and main functions:
The JL-40-2 bottom-loaded 40KG test coke oven is designed for research and production guidance in areas such as coal blending for coking, validation of coal blending schemes, and prediction of coke strength. It was independently developed and designed based on the analysis, comparison, and summarization of various small coke ovens both domestically and internationally.

•It has full software operation and control capabilities, as well as fully isolated hardware control.
•Specialized temperature fuzzy PID control can achieve seamless switching between manual and automatic modes, with temperature control accuracy higher than national standards.
•Color real-time curve automatic drawing interface, temperature and flow direct curve display;
•Save in the form of graphics and data, which can be called to query historical graphics and data at any time for comparative analysis;
•Support all relevant data reports and can call data as needed at any time;
•The data is saved in the form of dedicated data sets on computer memory, and the experimental data can be exported using a USB flash drive;
•Equipped with PID adjustment intervals for large hysteresis temperatures, resulting in superior temperature regulation accuracy indicators;
•PID parameters can be modified online and automatically saved permanently to take effect;
•Having protective functions to ensure the lifespan of important hardware;
•The experimental coke oven furnace adopts an integrated silicon carbide brick form, with high thermal conductivity, good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, low thermal expansion coefficient, good wear resistance, stable and durable furnace wall, short drying time, and short coking cycle. The single-sided heating chamber is electrically heated by a combination of six independent silicon carbide rods in series and parallel, with a high safety factor and easy temperature control, daily maintenance, and replacement. The temperature control thermocouple adopts platinum rhodium 10 platinum thermocouple, with a temperature measurement range of 0-1300 ℃, high accuracy, good stability, and long service life.
