Equipment usage and main functions：

The automatic colloid layer tester is a program automatic control system specially designed for the determination of colloid layer index of bituminous coal, which meets the technical requirements and standard of GB / T479-2016. The control system is controlled by industrial computer, and adopts high-speed data acquisition module to collect data, with high control accuracy. The manipulator can automatically detect the thickness of the colloid layer, with good stability, accurate recording and calculation, eliminating the errors caused by the self recording clock drawing line easy to break, uneven line thickness and manual drawing colloid layer curve.

•Automatically control the temperature and record the temperature curve

•Automatic recording of volume expansion curve of colloid layer

•Automatic detection of glue layer thickness by manipulator

•Calculate and draw the layer curve of gum layer

•Automatically generate and save test report, display historical data and print report

• Y value measurement accuracy:when Y<20mm,△Y<1mm;Y>20mm,△Y<2m;

X value measurement accuracy:△X<3mm;

• Setting temperatuer/time:0~250~730/0~30~190min;

• Heating rate:250℃ within 30 min, 250-730℃ in 30-190 min, and heating rate ±3℃/min.
