       ·Six independent heating channels ensure even heating of the coke cake, with no furnace head coke and stable coke quality.

       ·Adopting PLC+industrial computer fully automatic control, temperature, pressure and other data are automatically collected, stored and printed to reduce human error.

       ·The walls of the carbonization chamber and the heating chamber are constructed with silicon carbide bricks, which have high thermal conductivity and good resistance to rapid cooling and heating. Other parts are made of clay bricks and insulation bricks, which have strong durability.

       ·Supporting various process tests such as top loading, tamping, wet/dry quenching, etc., it can comprehensively evaluate the coking characteristics of single coal or coal blending.
