The automatic lifting weight function is added to improve the automation level of the equipment. The connection mode between the top rod of the heavy weight and the pressure plate is slot type, which saves the action of pulling the pin. The arrangement of furnace bricks and coal cups is changed from the front and back arrangement to the left and right arrangement. In the past, due to the structural reasons, it is difficult to adjust the probe alignment and gas pipe alignment of the rear furnace. After the furnace bricks are changed to the left and right arrangement, it is convenient for the test operation of the rear furnace and the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment. The adjustment mode of the manipulator is changed from the left and right rotating arm to the transverse arm, the structure of the pressure plate is changed, and the alignment device is added to the coal cup to reduce the difficulty of the probe alignment of the manipulator.
