The ZW40KG-1 fully automatic 40KG experimental coke oven primarily facilitates the fully automated operation of equipment samples, spanning from preparation to coke quenching. From crushing to automatic coal blending, coal charging, coke discharging, dry quenching, and small coke oven configuration with independent exhaust gas treatment and dust removal (the entire process is unmanned).

Technical performance:

•Automatically implement functions such as sample pretreatment system crushing, coal blending, water addition, tamping, and packing.
•Bottom opening furnace door, automatic lifting, automatic separation of coke box and furnace door, horizontal automatic coke discharge and extinguishing movement, iron box for coal loading and coke discharge.
•According to the requirements of coking process, dry quenching and wet quenching can be selected simultaneously and switched at any time.
•Realize continuous coking and significantly improve coking yield.
•The temperature curve can be customized for various coking heating processes according to actual needs.
•After being burned by the combustion device, the gas is further absorbed by the purification system without any yellow or black smoke emissions.
•The rail car adopts gear rack transmission, which runs efficiently, smoothly and reliably.
•Coal cake thermocouple automatic insertion and extraction mechanism, automatically inserted during coking operation and automatically pulled out after coking is completed.
•Full function self-protection and prompt functions such as disconnection, overheating, overcurrent, thermal component damage, and electric mechanism action.
